I support individuals and families navigating a variety of aspects of life including; autism, PDA, anxiety, emotional regulation, mental health and all the complexities that come with them. My approach is gentle, low-demand, and grounded in connection — never one-size-fits-all.
Over the years, I’ve worked with children, teens, and adults across Australia through both in-person and telehealth therapy. I also guide parents who are feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or stuck, offering practical tools and strategies that actually work — because they’re built with lived experience and professional insight.
Through Mind Co, I offer 1:1 therapy, parent mentoring, and self-paced resources like The Calm and Connection Program — all designed to help you feel more confident, connected, and understood.
This isn't just another parenting course filled with generic advice. The Calm and Connection Framework™ is a carefully designed journey that takes you from daily distress to deep understanding and connection with your PDA child.
Neuroscience-Based: Grounded in how the PDA brain actually works
Relationally Focused: Builds connection, not compliance
Lived Experience: Created from real work with PDA families
Thoughtfully Sequenced: Each module builds on the last for lasting change
Practical Application: Strategies you can implement immediately
We offer one-on-one therapy for neurodivergent individuals aged 7 and up — including children, teens, and adults. Whether you're supporting a child with PDA or navigating life as an autistic adult, therapy is tailored to your goals, needs, and pace.
My training as a mental health social worker has equipped me with skills in a range of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and Hypnosis. But therapy at Mind Co is never cookie-cutter — each person receives a bespoke, neuroaffirming service grounded in compassion, curiosity, and connection.
Sessions are available in-person or via telehealth, with a flexible, low-arousal approach that respects and responds to your unique experience.
Transform your family from daily distress to deep connection with this comprehensive 7-part journey. Designed specifically for parents of children with a PDA profile, this neuroscience-based course combines professional expertise with real-world parenting experience.
Inside, you’ll learn the exact strategies I use in therapy — including how to reduce your child’s threat response, respond to meltdowns with confidence, and create a home environment where your child feels safe enough to thrive.
We’ll explore demand avoidance through a brain-based lens and give you practical tools you can use right away — from co-regulation to low-demand routines, emotional literacy, and repairing after rupture.
If you’ve ever felt like nothing works, this program is for you. Calm & Connection isn’t about fixing your child — it’s about understanding their nervous system, rebuilding trust, and finding sustainable ways to support your whole family.
Raising a neurodivergent child — especially one with a PDA profile — can feel overwhelming, isolating, and full of second-guessing.
Parent coaching at Mind Co. is here to walk alongside you with gentle, practical guidance that’s tailored to your family.
These sessions are not about fixing behaviour or forcing compliance — they’re about helping you understand your child’s nervous system, reduce everyday battles, and build strong foundations of safety, trust, and connection.
Whether you’re navigating school can't, meltdowns, sibling tension, burnout, or just need someone who gets it, this support gives you a chance to breathe, reflect, and grow with strategies that actually work in real life.
Whether you’re new to PDA or deep in the trenches, our range of downloadable resources gives you access to practical, parent-friendly tools designed to reduce overwhelm and increase understanding.
